There are people who act as if government is the bastion of honesty, and that private enterprise and the free market can never be trusted.
Here is another example proving that corruption is human, and not confined to the private sector.

Governor Ed Rendell wants to raise the PA minimum wage.

Red Tape Relief? Of course…

While not entirely a secret, real public auditing scrutiny is not allowed on the Legislature’s $135 million taxpayer funded slush fund…

Will it last? I’m not holding my breath, but so far, so good! Says the Post Gazette, “State legislative pay raise furor not dying away.”
