The Sun Shines on Politicos

Good for the Post Gazette for forcing the sun to shine on a judge’s attempt to keep documents out of the public eye. Those documents were in a court case for a politically connected drug dealer, and consisted of a few letters from politicians on the behalf of said dealer.
Politics is politics, and much of it is hypocrisy… but we’d suspect there’d be much less garbage in it were more sun to shine on the system. (Lest we forget the fight being had over releasing details re the PA Department of Education’s expensive junkets to Nemacolan Woodlands.
