No, the TRP&S is not defunct… Its just emerging from a slumber of sorts. Your editor has been buried with other areas of life — and other publications that pay dramatically better!
At any event, the call is always out for contributors willing to look at the region’s politics with a critical eye. God knows, too many rah-rah types have enabled the train to fully derail in the last thirty years.
