Public Money Going to Boat Access

Lots of tax financed grant money is going to help developers provide boat access to the rivers, and access from those rivers to privately run establishments… Maybe if they taxed PA, county and city folks less, they’d not need those grants — run by politician and bureaucratic middlemen, and accessed primarily by the politically connected.
Really, the rivers could be nice… but until the city gets out of the way, who will sink private money when all the favors make it much more risky that you’ll gety our clock cleaned by some new politically connected development group? You’d be nuts!
