Pittsburgh Mills, one of the largest shopping centers in the nation, has opened up today… What will Mayor Murhpy do?

In the midst of complaints of eminent domain abuse and the failures of centrally planned city revitalization, the City continues to freeze out private development by aquiring properties for future corporate handouts….

I was flattered to receive an email from a large media outlet suggesting an article for our daily journal… What does this mean?

Pittburgh commercial and housing real estate is a comparative bargain… and the big media is taking notice (that it is a sign of a lagging economy…)

Mayor Tom Murphy did some serious spinning in a recent commentary that was published….

Those entreprenuers not looking for handouts or other forms of parasitic corporate welfare ought to unite, and fast!

Pennsylvania’s Budget is heading way up.

City planned development creats more problems that it solves… Pittsburgh is the perfect example…

That’s not a bad idea from someone who ran for the PA General Assembly and lost… And who would have voted “NO!” on the payraise…

The Post Gazette Says there is pay raise outrage. Although I don’t see it, most of this assessment is correct.
